30-day Manufacturers Defect Warranty:
All products sold by QSP are covered under a 30-day Manufacturers Defect Warranty. If the product is or becomes faulty within the time period, please return the product to QSP and we will fix it when possible or ship you a brand new one, upon receipt of the original item. QSP reserves the right to deny warranty claims on products that have been damaged by misuse, incorrect installment, and/or other faults not due to Manufacturer’s defect.
Shipping Damages:
Please look over your item or items thoroughly upon receipt and inform QSP immediately of any shipping damages within 48 hrs. of delivery. QSP will take care of the shipping claim once the part had been shipped back to our warehouse and the damage has been verified. We will provide a return shipping label to you, but the damage must be noted to us within the 48 hr. time frame. A replacement part will be shipped within 48 hrs. of our receipt of the damaged item. If the item is found to be undamaged, the part will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. So please be sure that your item is in fact damaged, and return it to us in the time frame given above.
Payments:
All payments shall be made by Debit Card or Credit Card. All payments shall be made in U.S. dollars. All prices are in U.S. dollars. The billing for your order will be in U.S. dollars, including those shipping outside the U.S. Your total order price will include the price of the product(s) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges for your territory.
Returns Policy:
30 Days on all parts and products; the item must be returned, new and unused at buyer’s expense. PLEASE NOTE: There are no returns on any electrical or wearable parts. If the item has a manufacturer’s defect, QSP should be informed at once and the part will be fixed or replaced as covered under our 30-day Manufacturers Defect Policy. All shipping costs on returned parts or wrong parts ordered shall be paid by buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct part/s have been ordered, QSP cannot be responsible for that. If QSP has shipped an incorrect part (other than stated on the invoice) we will cover shipping costs to return the item and to send the correct one out, and must be notified within 48 hrs. of delivery of item/s. The incorrect item must be different from what was on the invoice, not from what the customer thought he ordered.
Terms of Sale and Liability Waiver Agreement
Quality Scooter Parts reserves the right to change prices of products at any time without prior notice or consent. Quality Scooter Parts reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale and liability at any time. By purchasing products from Quality Scooter Parts, you agree to our terms of sale. We waive any liability on how our products are used, installed, and cannot be responsible for the end users use of our products. By purchasing from Quality Scooter Parts, you agree to waive any claims or liability on QSP for any damages, bodily or physically, in any way, shape, form, or manner. You as the end user are responsible in how our parts get used, installed, and in making sure they are fit for use before use or installation.
